i know they are all over ebay. But are they any good and/or do they work. just looking for advice from someone who has one or knows someone that does. thanx

Only chip that has been proven to give hp/tq gains is a Street Flight chip.

its not a chip see i wa slookin on ebay too and saw one then after searchign and looking at pics i found out beleive it or not its just a resistor u can find at radioshack and u just stick it into the pluf that conects to the intake box.. no it doesnt work at all and it actually reduces ur avg mpg..dont buy it its worthless

well the piggy back system i was actually looking at getting is from venom performance and is proven to give at least 10 hp. it is $400 so it better work but i think it is a little different from the ones on ebay www.venom.com i think is what the website it and it is the venom 400 performance module.

Proven by who? Do they have a dyno graph that shows that gain on a contour(not a mustang)? For $400, you could have a Streetflight chip(which does have dyno proven gains) and have money left over for another mod.

Try to make this one of your LAST mods, so you do not have to keep getting your chip reburned after each new big modification.

I bought SuperChip - threw it right in the trash. 
I think my machine felt a little stronger, maybe, but it pinged, even with octane booster. With an SE, you may not have the same problem that I did.
