its not a chip see i wa slookin on ebay too and saw one then after searchign and looking at pics i found out beleive it or not its just a resistor u can find at radioshack and u just stick it into the pluf that conects to the intake box.. no it doesnt work at all and it actually reduces ur avg mpg..dont buy it its worthless
