No one else showed up to help except Ken and I. Left for Romeo at 7:30am. from G.R. Got home Sat. night about 12:30am dead tired. Ken still had to drive home to Grand Haven. We took 2 full enclosed trailer loads back and forth to Livonia from Romeo (Ken's dad has one that you can fit a car & a 1/2 in). About 1 hour each way. I did get to drive Stazi's Tour on the first trip since we didn't have enough ppl to move all the vehicles. His car is so much fun and the stares with the CF hood.
Sunday got up & helped a buddy "tune up" the SVT Contour he just bought out in NJ. The secondary butterflies weren't opening and it had a slight miss under load. I completely tore down the upper and lower intake manifolds. Cleaned all carbon build up totally out, replaced spark plugs and wires, new fuel filter, removed water pump and inspected impeller for cracks. Checked for error codes that were previously present because of the failed IMRC box and took her for a drive. Back to her 195 horsepower self! Sharkey and I need a weekend from our weekend.
