You have to remove the tranny to get to the torque converter....Not a DIY task IMO....If you have experience and your confident, they yes you can DIY...it all depends on your ability....

But, because you asked where it is, im guessing you have had no experince with it.

From what peple tell me its about 2000$ to get it done professionaly...im not too sure if that includes labor or not.

But its definatly not a task to be taken lightly...I reconmend, you go to a shop to get your problem diagnosed first...go to a shop you trust, try not to go to the dealer unless you have to, unless you have had good experinces there.
