Some guys have put Chevy 350's in as well, although its a harder swap. I'm 99% sure there is a book on swapping in V8's into older RWD volvos. Personally I would drop a 302 in and get some goodies. I can't help you on the Duratec from the lincoln LS, but I would imagine with the availability of 302's and the go fast goods, I don't see why you would want to try screwing around with a Duratec?
