OP lazer Newbie L Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 3	I have just discovered the catalytic convertor is rusted and has holes. Can't pass inspection this month. The Ford Dealer want $1000 to replace. Other's can't get the part as it is only a dealer item. $750 Anyone out there resolve it for a better price? 1999 Contour LX 4cyl. Runs great as always 154000 + miles. ---Lazer owned my Contour since July 1999 - 154000 miles ago.
