I have done this on my car as well. I like the tone once it has warmed up.
Do any of you have the Sho Shop y-pipe also? I do, and I get this horrible rattling sound that starts about 3250 RPM's, it goes away when the car is warm. Is this the heat sheild on the cat that causes that? If so, that sucker is getting removed tomorrow!
