OP Stephen_dup1 CEG\'er S Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 145 Edmonton, Alberta, Canada	Here's the deal, Temps are about 15c-18c, nothing done different with car, and now since a week ago the car stalls after sitting for 8hrs or more. Problem is that it stalls on the first attempt (starts but quickly idles down and stalls) but continues to run on the second starting attempt. Any ideas CEG? Drop in K&N NGK Laser Platinum Premium Spark plugs Niehoff Premium Ignition wires Wheel Well Air Intake Resonator removed. Just the beginning 2000 Windstar SEL K&N Air filter

dbird_dup1 Veteran CEG\'er D Joined: Apr 2002 Posts: 888	sounds like it maybe related to the EGR valve stuff???? to see if the egr valve is working you remove the plug to the IAC idle control selenoid... then put vacuum to the vacuum port on the EGR and pull a vacuum on the EGR... if it kills then the EGR is working.... thats what i remember.. so it could be the IAC ?????? give it a try....
