My transmission is shifting really hard. Whenever you release the clutch, the whole car lurches really bad. Could it be that i just need a new clutch, or could the transmission be bad. Also, i can hear a sound coming from the transmission, it sounds like something is flying around inside the transmission. Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?
