Considering your stock PCM is calibrated to run based on the stock FPR setting I would not change it.
However...
If you are running the stock 17lb fuel injectors and are getting near the 160-170FWHP (200 BHP crank) mark then the added fuel rail pressure of the SVT FPR could boost the 17lber's limit a bit.
