Good info but there's more informative charts out there which show you the specifics of brands and their numbers. I'll see if I can dig it up somewhere.
But then I'm sure ST has the only fluid you'd ever need too. Everything else is junk....

Any brake fluid should work fine so long as it's properly maintained....if you are racing...use Ate Super Blue or Motul...other than that...DOT 3 will be fine.

PS, while we're on topic (sort of), Brian you never got back to me on those Alcons - presumably b/c you were busy at the track? How'd you do and what's your thoughts on the 13" kit? I think I've found some of my brake problems...
