Thats strange?! It has been my experience with Joe is that he is a 1st class operation between myself and a friend of mine we have easily spent over $3k with Joe over the past 2 years. NEVER A PROBLEM WHATSO EVER. He has always returned my calls promptly and if a part was back ordered he would let me know b4 hand.
