watch your wallet when dealing with joe.
he is really good at being temporarily unavailable when they owe you money or they ship you the wrong product and you want a refund. dont believe me ? just check the bbb

Go play in traffic kid.

Between myself and local CEGers, we've spent ~$5k over the years with no problems.

I know Joe personally and he's a great guy. Wouldn't rip anyone off.

Just because he's had bad experience with SP and is relaying that doesn't mean you have to be an ass. I had previously had great experiences with them but the last dealing I had with SP it took them about 8 months and about 1000000 phone calls, emails and a few threats of bbb action to FINALLY get my money back. I had thought before that Joe was a good guy but all I got during that time frame was lame excuses about why he hadn't gotten my money refunded. I know at that time there were a lot of other people having issues as well. Haven't ordered anything from them in about a year so I can't say how it is now but it's kinda lame to tell someone to go play in traffic just because they're relaying their experiences/opinions. Not like he was personally attacking you...lighten up.

Read what he wrote. He did not make a statement about SP, he made a personal attack on someone I know personally. When someone attacks a friend, I do take it personally.

What if your friend had a business and I had a bad experience with the business and I called him a thief? Would you not take offense? Would you not defend him?

Lame excuses? Joe is a one man operation and during that time he was going through A LOT of personal issues. Don't give me the "It's a business" line either - have some sympathy. We're lucky to have SP as of our main suppliers for aftermarket parts.

You can join him in traffic.
