Used to have a bra on mine, but took it off after seeing how much dirt and sand it accumulates. It ended up lightly scratching my paint everywhere.

On that topic, my Dad bought a maTRIX and he does alot of HWY miles and usually accumulates rock and tar all over the front. What's a dealio with those clear plastic films? Cost?

IIRC the little "ear" looking things on the hood mask are bug deflectors.
deflects them up over the windshield.

also, I believe Ryan's (red car) is a Covercraft full front mask. I have one on my Cougar and Cobra has one on his silver SVT.
the pics are on my home PC, so I'll try to remember to post them on here later.
Very good fitment. Comes in two pieces. No snaps needed, just some velcro pieces that clip on to the wheel well.

I also recommend you get clear headlight covers. Very good fit as well. I believe you can buy them through SP Motorsports.

scroll to bottom, $81.40 for full front mask
prices have gone up just a little. I think we got ours for $70 nearly 3-4 years ago.

Here are some pics of the SVT with the Bra. Honestly I was very happy with the level of protection the Covercraft bra provided. The tabs on the hood produce downforce on the bra to keep it from flapping.

Again, the key to using the bra is only using it when the car is clean (preferably waxed) and dry. You do not want to use the bra when it is raining or snowing (unfortunately two of the most dangerous times for the paint).

Once you get used to using it (and the fabric has a chance to stretch to conform with your bumper), the bra goes on and comes off in a mater of a minute.

yes that can happen if you leave it on all the time, if you don't you shouldn't have to worry, just use alot of wax on the front end of the car

I only put the bra on my car if i will be on the highway or I have put it on a few time when driving at dusk because of the bugs
