Laptop proven 136mph. The speedo read near 150!!!  Can you say some bad error after 100mph... That was several seconds into 5th gear. At 40 it's on At 65 it's off by 1 At 80 its 2 at 100 it's 3-4 by 120 it's like 8. it' was over 10 at 150ish Stock tire sizes.

Stock tire sizes.Full agreed on that Demon...My speedo read 146 mph with only a few hundred more RPM to go, although I do have the chip for no redline. My speedo is 5 mph off in 4th gear at 80, so what do you reckon it is at 146??? My point excactly. Here you go...  As you can see....I guarantee this pic is at least 10 mph off....

Well the fastest i have ever gotten my little rinky dink I4 atx is upto 110mph but that was just becuase the gov kicked in on my 97 Mercury Mystique. Its all stock. It shifted into the next gear at 105 and as far at the rpms go it was around 4k somthing not sure to tell you the truth. But oh well. I wanted to get home fast being that i was running late to meet family none the less thier are all straight and open roads hwere I live. The fact that I live out in the middle of no where helps becuase thier is mayeb a cop once every 4 years that I notice. lol

You'd be going a little faster than 140 if you only had 1000 left to redline (assuming that is even what you're talking about.) Redline in 5th gear someone figured out to be somewhere in the 170's, so unless you have a s/c or 3L or a turbo with a slipping clutch, I doubt it.
