Hey, I will send payment early next week.

But 1 question: this may have to do with the whole "clunk" thing but does the bar fit all gas tanks? Another SVT (1999 E1) had probs with SCA because of a diiferent sized/shaped gas tank. I noticed you have a 2000 and you probably designed this bar for your car. Would there be any fitment probs for my E0?

The bar this was designed off came from a '99, and it fit my 2000, so I don't think there is an issue. The bar hugs the contour of the subframe, so unless you're running some sort of hybrid rear suybframe (which I highly doubt) you should NOT have a problem.
Everyone should realise that YES there seems to be no way to fit the sway bar in the vehicle, becauser of hoe close the tank is to the rear subframe, but by loosening/removing the tank straps, you can lower the tank enough such that the bar will slide into it's new home nicely.

This is true.
The chassis did not change in the rear of the vehicles since in inception of the vehicle so it'lll fit everything Contique from 95-2000 and Cougars too.
