anyone that needs any parts (easy bolt ons) dyno'd please let me know. i am going to have my car dyno'd this thursday or friday since i finally got my shm headers on. what a pain in the ass that was... anyway if you need anything dyno'd just ask an i will be glad to take it with me, dyno it, and then return it free of charge... if you need to ship it to me, i will pay to ship it back... don't pass this one up... send me your 65mm and 70mm tb's... or anything else you can think of... i will also be pinning my secondaries open for one run just to see what happens...

Try with the TH fix in and out. Might also want to try different sized holes?

How about Cardoc's IAT resistor mod?

On that note, I'm running a 100K resistor in my Cougar in place of the IAT sensor, and the car has been running extremely well for the last month since I did this. It's also a very nice variation of that mod worth dynoing.

(I know you don't like screwing with the ECU, but...)

Since you have the SHM headers, your values for these components are going to be false. A stock car with x compnent will not dyno the same increase/decrease as a modified car with x conents. However, do one run for me with your AC on and see how much HP that little cooler will sap from the car? Good Luck!

if a mod only dyno's at 1 hp with the shm headers on, what kind of gains do you think it is going to get with them off? certainly not better... plus it depends on the mod... also what is involved in car doctors resistor mod? got a link/how-to?

Dyno runs are expensive, Would limit runs to easily changed, yet newer controversial mods (ie the THF has been tested, A/C is off at WOT so who cares).

The 65mm T body
The 80mm MAF
WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU COULD GET THEM. Guys, can you help Bret/us out.

Crack the secondaried open. There is an adjustment screw down by the secondary linkage that acts just like a throttle stop for the secondaries. It is pointing upward, so you will have to turn it backwards to cause the secondaries to remain open about 10 - 15 degrees at all times, but I would like to see dyno results of a before/after on this....
