Thanks, yes they still fold down, what they don't do is latch up. The latch on the Cougar is in a different spot. I was planning to make that functional as well, but I solde the rest of the latch pieces from my Contour first. Otherwise, the seatbelt latches need to have new holes made for them, and the best way to be safe about everything is to lower the gas tank down some, that way you can also use some big heavy washers and quality nuts and bolts to anchor them in place, and the center hinge needs to be mounted slightly differently as well. Like I said, not exactly plug and play.
As fasr as the midnight blue leather, I don't know for sure, but i don't that color was offered.
