Rara mentioned to me that someone on here had their subframe repaired at a shop in Novi... I was just wondering who it was... and if you had it boxed in or just re-welded... also how much did it cost?
I was going to make an appointment with HMS - but if I can get it done closer to home for close to the same price I will do that instead...
There is a race shop right by my place too - I may just take some pictures of the boxed subframe and see how much they would charge to do that for me... been driving with that bar banging around for way too long...

Great, I will give them a call and set up an appointment... Anyone in particular to ask for, or just let them know I need my sway bar reattached to the car?

My old one wasn't broken, yet, and I wanted to keep it that way, so I had it "upgraded" while I was having the suspension done. Speaking of the suspension, its coming down, about 25.5" in the rear alittle over 26" in the front

hey Roger besides modding the sway bar mounts what else did they do?

They installed the springs/struts I bought, installed the SS brake lines and did a 4 wheel alignment in addtion to "upgrading" the rear subframe.

Umm my bad  what I meant was what else did they do to the subframe, besides modding the sway bar mounts.
