The newer "revised" ends 99/00 repalced the older ends (needed/compatible to do Focus shift tower conversion).
The older ends have not been available for quite some time.
Note:
If you need to completely pull the cables, be very careful putting the new ones in. Due to the size of the cables and the hole it goes through into engine bay from the cabin, and the way they must be contorted to get the ends to the shift tower, the cables can be very easily broken.
