I agree about Meguiars Endurance, it is good stuff. It is outstanding on plastic trim as well, since you don't have to apply it everytime you wash the car. I tried Turtle Wax Tire wax and was disapointed with the results. The tires looked very dull and it didn't last long at all.

I'm a big fan or the Mequire's Endurance.
But I was given a bottle of Turtle Wax Tire Wax and that was good stuff as well. Had a vanilla smell. I don't think Turtle Wax sells it anymore though.

Just for the hell of it, I'm going to try that Eagle 1 stuff that has the sponge connected to the bottle. I haven't seen it at PepBoys, so I'm going to try Autozone and/or Murrys. I remember seeing it one of my car mags and thought "what the hell, I'll try it!"

I tried the "sponge tip" Eagle 1 stuff. Worked like crap, since it didn't apply evenly at all. Maybe mine was defective, but all it did was squirt out the nozzle, and the sponge sortof spread it out, but mainly it only applies where the nozzle is. I'd go with something else, but if it works out for you, more power to it

I disagree with the GEL from Meguiars. Everytime i used it... it would attract all the road dust and break dust and leave a thick goupy film waiting for me for the next cleaning. You can try scrubbing it off too and it doesn't come off as readily. I switched to the MEGUIARS HOT TIRE SPRAY i think it's called. The one which has the nozzle with three variable spray widths, from LOW PROFILE to BIG MONSTER Wheels. Goes on easy, stays on for a good week, and wipes right off readily for the next washing. A good 6.99 aerosol can.

Ditto! The gels are great for shine, but a sunomabiotch when it comes to gettin it off.
