having done this on three different cars try these few tips
you want to put the cable on the equilizer bar first
have the cable laying straight back under the car, ie, don't have it in position when you put the cable on the equilizer bar
next run the cable and connect at the caliper last, yes you will need to pull on it but it shouldn't be to bad
