Do you still have a receipt of any kind in your records. Its always a good idea to keep those records. If not, can you track down the date you bought the part through your CC statements or something? Using that information, you can probably go back to Bill Jenkins and get a copy of the receipt for the part.
I can't think of how else to get the part number.
I replaced the Ebrake cable using the TSB. It took quite alot of effort to get the cable back into the rear calipers. It definately required 2 people, and lots of elbow grease.
I'm not sure what you mean by "Equilizer Bar", but there is a HOWTO for that TSB around here somewhere.
