Yes, the ECU mod would have to be aftermarket, but that's the way you'd want it anyway, cause a lot of people have had problems with the Vortech tuning. The SCT programable would be the way to go, but for a base 5-6 psi, you could almost just get away with just a 5th injector.
Utimately the main reason this would be nice is it's way easier to get carb exemption since you don't touch the stock cat. Also somepeople still think SCs are better than turbo's.

This gives them the option.
