my fans don't come on at all the fan on the right was stuck at one point then I but WD40 on it now it spins Ok also I ahve a blown fuse # 2 in the PDB but how do I go about testing the fan it'self to make it come on and Y wouldn't the fan onthe left come on at all? after I put the WD 40 on the right fan it spun for awhile then stoped again someone help I don't want to blow a headgasket and the car runs hot all the time what kind of tests could I do and explain them in laymans turms O I have a 98 2.5 ATX dual cooling fans
