Whether u have to take them out depends on the nature of your hazing - if it's just the outward problem or inner condensation inside of the headlights' housing. Outward problem might be corrected with Plastix and elbow grease, whereas the inner condensation requires the disassembling of the entire thing.
Now to take to headlight assembly out - u will have to unscrew 3 bolts - IIRC - 2 are easy to spot - they are on the same level as the top of your headlights - and one is kinda deeper set.
