The Cruiser ran the light, cause if you notice, everyone else was stopping.......OR......the light was yellow, turning red, but the Crusier decided to try and beat it, and the SUV started going the second the light turned, just like I do.
I feel sad for the kid walking. That is really tragic.
Another shining example of why you SHOULD NOT try to beat the yellow light.
