I want to know if he survived or not, and I don't know WHO was running the red light, because if the PT ran it.. why was the kid crossin the street? it looks like if the PT didn't run the light, then the SUV (subbie) would of nailed that kid anyways!
SUV started out in the center lane but some retard in a PT Cruiser decided to drive through a red light. He was sent at an angle into the pedestrian. I can't see that person living through a 4000lb+ vehicle rolling onto him and dragging him like it did. Either way I hope the driver in the PT cruiser gets put in a cell where he can ponder his actions for a few years  The guy was only crossing the street, regardless of having a red light I don't think he was doing anything that warranted death
