OP bill c._dup1 New CEG\'er B Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 26	Are DPFE sensors interchangeable? I need one for my '95 Zetec and the local salvage yard only has '96 and up vehicles. I pulled a EGR/VR from a '96 Contour and it had a smaller connector than my '95. The color code and wire gauge were different too. Looking on EBAY there are a few new ones advertised as fitting "all ford vehicles from '95 onward" EBAY

The DPFE is not all that expensive at the dealer anyway - expecially if you call Signature L-M. You should consider picking up one of those new. Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

dbird_dup1 Veteran CEG\'er D Joined: Apr 2002 Posts: 888	go to www.advanceautoparts.com and then look for one for your car.. then for the year car you gonna pull one off of and see if its the same part number.... then you will know if its the same part number... or you could try www.autozone.com and do the same thing.
