I believe the reason for this post was to find out the information because I do not know. I never claimed any knowledge about the subject, this is what I am trying to figure out, and if you quote me as saying that I knew everything about this system then I will offer my humble apology. All that I said was that KKM was rude to me, and I do not think that the statement would qualify as "blasting away", but just a description of my encounter with the person. When I asked how the kits differed and explaining that I liked the way the SVT kit finished off at the fender duct, he told me "so the SVT has a connection to the fender duct.... woo-hoo." "you do not NEED the SVT kit, and you do not NEED the connection to the fender duct." Well, the thought running through my mind was that I really do not NEED the kit (or the sarcasm) as I have a functional airbox, but it is something that I want for a better look and sound. And for things that I want that are not that crucial to the car, if I am going to be spending my hard earned money on a mod, it is going to come out professional looking and the way I want it to be. He explained to me that dozens of customers each month ask him about this, and I am sorry, but if you are tired of talking about it, post more info, and certainly the sarcasm and overall tone of voice could have been done without.... I was polite to him. Us plain and simple folk with our SE's have SE's because we do not have SVT's. Not having SVT's qualifies us to be able to ask questions on how they differ, IMO.
