Well, I called KKM today to order my induction kit, and when I hung up the phone I was still empty handed, due to the person on the phone being very rude.
I cannot beleive that Warren Kurtz was being rude, without reason! I have talked to Warren literally dozens of times, sometimes for hours at a time, and he has been nothing but courteous, and highly intelligent! Maybe he was "tired" of the conversation, looking at your whole post it seems that you don't know what you are talking about, I know for a fact that Warren Kurtz does, we have discussed cars and customers for hours at a time. Rethink your conversation and your knowledge of a subject before blasting away on the forum.
