Check out the other contour site for some more information on this, TH goes more into detail over there. Great Stuff shouldn't be used for frame stiffening and the pillar foam may actually be plenty strong enough. TH says it is, and he's seen it first hand so I reckon it is. Though I'm guessing there could be something stronger though it may not be worth the extra cost.
