Ok, Dion, thanks for that. I read through all of them and they addressed most of my questions/concerns. Remaining questions are:
* what about injecting foam into the A/B/C pillars? They provide the torsional strength and foaming them would have great payback.
* what foam in HD did Demon use with succss?
* AutoSeal foam is $180/5 pack, the project referred in the article used about 5 packs. Looking for less expensive alternative here.
