Our Fore Fathers came here to get away from socialism. Socialism is not what America is. If you want socialism, go north or over to Europe. I don't know where socialists got the idea that socialism is the answer. Socialism has been proven to be a failed system. Why does anyone think it would work with the American people?

Wrong. In order to support socialism, two adults have to work. Roughly half of our income goes to the government. So two people make one full wage. Get rid of most of our taxes and we'd be more able to go support our families on one wage. I'm not saying we should be tax-free. If we prioritized government-paid things instead of paying for everything, Americans would have a lot more money, and two adults wouldn't have to work to support a family.
