So how about this guy whining about how the Federal Election Commission is considering a ban on advertisement of his movie because it amounts to a political advertisement, thereby violating federal campaign finance laws?

He thinks its a travesty, and a violation of his right to free speech. I agree with him that its setting a dangerous precedent to allow a government entity to censure the display of a movie trailer, BUT... I challenge Bruce Vilanch Jr. to simply FIND A WAY TO ADVERTISE THE MOVIE THAT DOESN'T TURN IT INTO A HUGE BUSH-BASH. If its a movie about 9/11... MAKE IT A TRAILER ABOUT 9/11!!!

I mean seriously... what a dolt.
