Deep breath, here we go!
1.The kit is very complete, it includes a computer chip and all hardware that is needed. The only thing they recommend that you do is change the plugs. I would recommend freeing up the exhaust, and getting a stronger diff (torsen, quaife), but thats about it.
2.Depends on how you are going to drive it. If you take it easy during the week and just take it to the track on weekends, I would say it would last a good while. It will still wear out the motor quicker than running NA.
3.Installation is a PITA. Very tight installation. You need to remove the radiator, which is a production in itself. Vortech says it should take approximately 10-14 hours, and that is pretty optimistic. I would say about 16-18 hours.
4.No one has taken a S/Ced tour to the track yet, but stay tuned

I'll get there as soon as I replace my CV joints. I would say 14 flat at around 105. Might be able to get in the 13's with a good launch.
5.You need to get a 98-99 year model with the return type fuel system. The kit will not fit the later cars when they switched to returnless fuel systems.
6.NOS has been run with pretty good success. I had a 50 shot for a while and it didn't seem to hurt the motor at all. Can';t say the same for my Diff

I have heard of 100 shots being used successfully on the SVT.
Hope I answered your questions adequately
