I cant seem to find the problem... Here it is, my driver side parking lights continue to blow fuses after a given amount of time after installing a new fuse, is this a short circuit or is this a switch, or is this a relay which i can not find??? If so, where the heck is that relay???

If it keeps blowing fuses then there is a short circuit somewhere.

Does it look brighter than the other lights? I wonder if you've got a bad ground to it somewhere, although I don't even know where that would be.

Its weird I replace the fuse and It will stay on forever, up until I take it for a ride then it blows another fuse and I cant find a short anywhere. Is there a relay somewhere that ford isnt telling us about!!!

No relay involved, unless your car has been modified - perhaps with an aftermarket alarm system?
Normal wiring feed is from headlight switch through Fuse 33 (7.5 amp, interior fuse panel) then via O/BL wire to front left lamp and via O/W wire to rear left lamp. Unfortunately no means of easily isolating front from rear to allow isolation of short.
These wires originate at a 16 pin connector on the underside of fuse panel (i.e. without flipping it down) in the center at the firewall end. Wiring in trunk is usually the first place to look since damage from luggage is more likely.
BTW, not quite sure I understand your "after a given amount of time" comment re fuse blowing, since normally that would happen only when you turn on headlight switch.
Some possibility that poor connection at fuse panel is overheating and causing fuse to melt from resultant heat rather than an actual short causing an over current condition.

See what happens is that when I test all the connections and wiring the lights work fine I even leave the car running with all the lights and accesories on and nothing happens, as soon as I take it for a ride maybe 5 to 1o mins later it blows a fuse. What I dont understand is I could leave it standing with all the lights on and nothing!! Its driving me nuts. Ill try taking a look at the fuse box to see if I have a bad connection

Just wanted to let you know thanks for the advice !!! I cant say I found the problem, but the problem is solved. I ended up pulling all the harness, wires connected to the lights, switches and fuse box and reinstalling them again I guess it worked, not one blown fuse in 2 days . thanks guys..
