Your battery could just be weak, so there is no reserve capacity in the car's electrical system. You could have loose or corroded connections at the battery or amp, snug them up. Check amp ground wire too. Push lightly on each woofer cone and see if they move smoothly without scrape noises. A large capacitor might help, but is a "tweak" for a system that has good wiring.
Question about the subs. You said to check if I could hear scraping when I push on the subs. Well I do hear a slight scraping from one of my 15's. My question is could this be causing my amps to cut out or my subs to pop. Going to check the ground for the amps tomorrow. If that is not the problem then I really don't know what is. I would replace some of the batt. to alt. wiring but that seems irrelevant as this never happened before. Help please. TIA.

Well, they are hitting hard but not so hard that you would be like its too much power or nutin. These are the P1 Punches and I had a regular HE that would hit without any poping at all. Are these just subs that can't handle as much or is there something I can do, check, whatever. Thanks alot.
i had this issue once...are they in a ported box? if yes..did you ever have the system pumping with the trunk open? if yes take them in for warenty cuz there tost...if not then disregard my post

No ported box, sealed. Heres the problem. Taking a look at the subs today and trying to see if it needed tuning. Tweaked some settings on both amps for both sets of subs. After i tweaked with the amp for the 15's i could not get them back to not popping/cutting out constantly. I had my lights on my car as well, if this is important i don't know. When the 15's were on for a short time they sounded horrible. I disconnected the amp for the 12's and just had the 15's on at one time. They would be bumping in the back but when I sat in the car it was almost inaudible. I couldn't hear or feel much of anything. I then decided to just have the 12's on and when I just had them on they seemed to be 90 percent of the system. This meaning they were what I was really feeling all the time, the 15's would pick up the lows but the 12's got everything else.
Here is what i'm thinking. Either a, my 15's are blown, b, my amp has turned worn and [censored] and can no longer power both sets of subs and headlight, c, both of these. Can someone reasure this for me. I don't wanna go out and spend money on new 15's if the same problem is going to happen again because of my alternator. TIA.

Measure the battery voltage, car running and both subs on. You have 12 and 15 inch If it is less than 13.5 you might just be overloading the electrical system. A scraping voice coil is not good.

Thanks for the reply. I think I fixed everything...hopefully. One day, after class, I tweeked my amp (not the one for the 15's just for the 12's) cause my subs were not loud at all in my opinion. I moved the gain until it was even louder than before. I was wondering if it was loud enough but then a lady who owns a Nail Salon right by my apartment confirmed it as it was rattling windows. Now, when I drive with my lights on there is no cutting out even at the highest volumes. I also changed the frequency on the amps, I wonder if that might have had something to do with that? I am still thinking of upgrading the 15's. Hope it keeps working the way it is! Thanks to everyone!!!!!!!!

The weather is probably warmer, the electrical system in your car now has less work to do, so it can power your amps.Turning up the gain will normally cause the lights to dim sooner, because the amp is louder...Also, I find that subwoofers work best in mild weather, they get stiff in cold weather.

The funny part is, when the subs were cutting out it was around the same temperature so I don't think the temp has alot to do with it. Whatever the reason, I am happy that there is no cutting out. Now I need some Ibuprofen.
