ok.... 1)i have the trubendz exhaust, i am htinking about buying the KKM intake, and putting a diablo chip on it. has anybody done anyhting similar to this?? if so, will i get a descent gain? or is it not even worth it? 2) also, in order to get headers, i have to pull the motor out right? cause i would like to get headers, but i dont have the time or tools to pull my motor out to get them on. thanks for the info!

save your money and buy the headers and chip at the same time. get the chip from Street Flight though. get the KKM whenver you want as its not too big of a deal. get someone to install the headers for you. either a CEG'er you can give some $$ to or a shop if you can find one willing to do it. you and i both know if you do everything properly you don't have to ask "is it worth it?".

Intake, exhaust, headers, chip - all worth it provided you do it right (no cheap parts). Your list looks good.

Instead of a KKM, maybe try a MAF adaptor and K&N or the basic BAT intake w/ MAF adaptor.

Chip should be the last thing you do.

Ditto on the K&N, maf adapter and heatshield. Headers are a pain in arse, but you don't have to pull the engine. Generic chips such as the basic diablo chips are very hit or miss. Many gain nothing at all. Streetflight have alot of experience with our cars and are by far the best bet in chips.

I went with a Diablo custom tune, injen intake, 2.5 inch exhaust(Hooker). I have an ATX and it definitely smartened up the shifting. Overall power took a pretty noticeable gain.
my 2 cents
