don't worry though emissions will be coming back in the next 2-3 years. they are waiting for all of us to cut off our cats and stuff then they will bring all the inspections back and make us do emissions as well. that's why i'm, not getting rid of mine, even if i do take it off.
the Govt up here uses a 10 year plan. They like to buy the buildings and then close them. So the next time they start up again, they need higher fees......to pay for the new buildings.......D-ohhhhh
