alright, I've been considering fixing the tour's damaged right front quarter panel (small section of the body that is right above the wheel). from what I understand it pretty much bolts right on, so I could probably do it myself. how much do you think it would run me around here? then I'd have to get it painted, not runnin around with a champagne tour with a blue quarter panel. eventually I'll want a new side skirt, since it got a little broken up too, but that's a few hundred bucks down the line...

Crazy Ray's. ~$35-$45 for a quarter panel. Get it, paint it, mount it yourself (easy).

I got a champagne contour that I'm parting out. If you're talking about the fender, 30 bucks. If its something else I'm sure I still got it. Let me know.

ran to google and typed in "crazy ray's auto" and what do you know:

"Junk Dealers, Columbia, MD on Switchboard Yellow Pages"

popped up. 3.9 miles from my house, this the place you're talking about? I take it it's a chain of auto parts places, but if you're talkin $35-$45, that's definetely happening. I was thinking closer to $200!

It is more of a junk yard than an auto parts place.

They are a you pull it type of junk yard but if they have what you need they are pretty cheap.

You go there pay $1.00 to get in (I think) and look around and try to find what you need (they give you a price list when you enter the yard) If you find what you need you pull it off the car and bring it up front and pay for it. If you don't find anything you are out the buck that you paid to get in.

yea, I knew it was a junkyard, just making sure I had the right place. in that case, I may go today actually, how involved is taking the quarter panel off? I was going to go with my dad but he wont be home for a few days, I could surprise him with a repaired car

Crazy Ray's Used Auto Parts
8125 Washington Boulevard
Jessup, MD 20794-9468

Right off of 95 and 1.

To remove quarter panel, you will have to remove the wheel and liners. After that it's pretty easy.

went to crazy ray's, $75 for the front right fender (looked at me like an idiot when I said quarter panel ), and that seems to be the best price in the area, usually around 80 or 85. I looked and it seems that there are a few bolts (really easy to get to) under the hood, and a few screws to hold the liner in. I don't see any reason to take the wheel off I plan to head up there as soon as Mr UPS brings my new subs today

Hey, if they don't have a champagne one, painting might get a little expenseive. But I still have the fender if you need it.
