i bought a 98 ford contour SE V6 about a month ago. I used a carfax before buying it and it came back totally clean. 6 days after buying it the gas fuel filler started acting up. i took it to the dealer and found out it had been recalled, so i'd like to remind everyone that carfax's are a good resource, but cannot be totally trusted and are not always 100% correct.
