This has been hashed out many times before....the major issue i remember is there is a clearance issue with our hoods if we put it on. Which means we would need a refabricated hood.
Also, from my understanding you would need custom piping for people running oval port 3 with the SVT uperintake manifold. Its desigend for the 3 liter with the 3 liter manifold. ANd i believe it will not fit with out modification on the 2.5 ltier manifold due to tha fact that it over laps over the the front valve cover. Where the Supercharger would sit.

There are two ways this would work.
1. If you own an Escape.
2. If you've put an escape engine in your contour, managed to convince Streetflight to mess with a chip that'll be compatible with the s/c kit, and convince livinsvt to rework his CF hood with a cowl to add an additional 4 inches of clearance minimum.

OR . . . . . . You are supper ghetto with two p's, and you cut the hood and have the blower stickin out the top. full 3L with the intake and a ghetto hood should work

I have been thinking about this since Feburary, I will know more about "extra" space when the hood arrives on Wedsenday

By judgeing from the picture the pulley from the blower would sit in front of the mount(closes to radiator), as it looks like the unit is mounted almost directly above the oil fill. My guess, doable, maybe even without hood mods.

No. A modified hood has to be used. You can't even use 3L valve covers because the oil cap will hit the hood.

Well I got the hood today, and after some examing, the cowl is in the center of the hood, and the charger would be more towards the front, so I don't think its gonna work. I noticed you would also likely need a 3.0 UIM. Now if you were to mount it directly on the LIM like Cobra's and L's, than that may work and you could probaly modify the hood I sell to fit. Besides I thought there was a company that already produced something, someone supposedly was going to check it out?
