search for TH fix on this site, and you'll get some suggested hole sizes. buy a few plugs and experiment. the smallest hole brought my RPMs down too fast...but each car varries.
if you're planning on doing exhaust work later, i'd probably just leave the resonator in for now. it is a cheap mod, though, and can sound quite nice.
