I am fairly new also, but have been visiting the site for a while and have learned very much about the CSVT. With any vehicle(not just contours) any modification will affect the chip program, including intake and exhaust. I have heard that superchip will reprogram for about $75.00. I also have the MNQ2 code and was told that it was "unchippable". Keep reading the forums as you will learn a lot of helpful info.
