Yeah, the MAF is for the more experienced/adventurous. Do that last, as it is very sensitive to mods.
Everyone here loves their KKM, if you have heat soak problems get a heatsheild (jc-aimhigher makes em for $60).
Good luck with the Superchip. I don't have one, but I've heard good and bad. Don't know the $$ for a reprogram.
With all the mods you described, I'd say only headers would require a reprogram of the chip. Anyone??? Am I wrong???
The chip wont fix the throttle hang, but the throttle hang fix will. I took mine out yesterday to open the hole 1/64" or so (RPMs drop a little too fast with the A/C on) and drove it around w/o the fix...man oh man how did I ever drive w/o the fix?! Try it, experiment with hole sizes, you just might like it.
