The parts I used for the intake are as follows:
Mustangs Unlimited Air Filter adapter, part number D5060 - $45. This extends the cone of the maf outwards and provides for the fitting of a filter with a 4" base. Looks just like the KKM adapter, only bigger.
The filter you can get most anywhere, just go to autophysics.com and pick a retailer from their list. You'll want the shortest unit with a 4" base you can get. If you want the ram air option, just get the "quik-change" unit for an extra $10 or so over the plain filter.
