I got it the day it was released and have listened to it about 4x now. It's a pretty solid album. The best song is "Fall to Pieces" - it's the one song where the GnR+STP influences gel to create a unique sound. The other songs sound mostly like STP's better stuff. One or two songs sound like a slightly commercial version of the Use Your Illusion material.
The biggest disappointment is that Slash doesn't let loose at all - he only does a couple of true solos on the album, and they're not very memorable. But it's still pretty solid, and hopefully a good start for the band.
