I didn't have to even push them on this issue. The shop foreman sent some digital images (or something of that nature) to Ford. The guys at Ford couldn't see them the first time so they sent them again. Ford came back with a reply to replace the dash. The foreman said it falls under the 3yr/36 waranty. I was pretty impressed that all I had to do was bring it to their attention. I didn't have to push the issue at all. As far as other matters on my car though, that is another story.

Yeah my dash was replaced right before I bought my 99SE. Let me know if you find any paper work on the voids- I haven't noticed any yet but would love to have that handy if they did come around to visit my new dash. Drawback to mine is that I am out of warranty so it would have to be recall work.
