Nah.. it would be a waste. with it being the new electric edition, the turbo wouldn't do much good.

I owned a 1992 300ZX NA for years. I've driven hundreds of cars and all things considered, I feel that the 300ZX is the best all-around car that I have ever owned or driven. The only reason I sold it is because the maintenance costs ($$$) were getting on my nerves and the gas mileage sucked for my super-long commute. I will always miss it though; when you've driven a 300ZX for a while, few cars can compare.

I actually sold my 98 CSVT for a 94 300zx with 20k on it. It is a N/A 5 speed, red with black leather. I absolutely love it! I used to own a 90 2+2 (small back seat) in the same color scheme about six years ago. Something about these cars... ALSO, my G/F just bought a 95 green/tan leather 2+2 300zx with 27k on it. Matching cars, how cute.

Tell me about it. I miss my '92 300ZX everyday. My '82 280ZX too. Not much compares to the 300Z's. Even though the Contour SVT pretty much matches the performance of the 300ZX N/A (on paper) it just doesn't have that racy supercar feel. Ah memories.....
Make sure you find out if the timing belt has been changed on yours. If not, still might be a good thing to replace even though the miles are low. Timing belt/water pump/etc. change is a crucial element of these cars, but you probably already know that since you used to own a 2+2.
BTW nice finds! You and your g/f found some nice low-mileage examples. Those are getting rarer everyday.
Congrats on your new ride man. Makes me wanna go buy another one. Once a Z-man, always a Z-man.

The two-seater is one of my favorite cars of all times. I still get excited when I see one on the street. The 2+2 always looked a little awkward and stretched to me, but its still a beautiful car. If I had room for another toy car, a 300ZX would be at the top of the list. Nice pics, too!
